Guys, the end of the year is approaching and you know what that means… cooking, eating, cooking, eating and more eating! Thinking about the end of the year celebrations always makes me want to try new dishes and enjoy some quality time with family and friends.

This year I want to inspire you with four great end-of-year menus. Whether you like classics with a twist, are looking for budget-friendly options, don't feel like spending hours in the kitchen, or want to enjoy vegetarian dishes - I have something for everyone.

Classic menu

Christmas and traditions go hand in hand, especially when it comes to food! So, why wouldn't I enjoy a delicious classic Christmas menu with a modern twist with you? My 'Classic Menu' combines the familiar flavours of Christmas with a touch of creativity. I start with goat cheese balls, dive into the Scampi diabolique with a surprising twist and taste the stewed venison 'Grand Veneur' with pumpkin mash and popped cranberries. And to complete the party, I finish with a tasty Matcha tiramisu. In short, a Christmas party to never forget!

Quality time menu

Christmas is all about quality time, right? That’s why I came up with the ‘Quality Time Menu’, where everything is prepped in advance and then finished on the grill at the table. And no one has to stand in the kitchen all evening. I start with salmon skewers in a tasty teriyaki-honey-ginger-garlic marinade. For the starter there are grilled scampi and bacon with a delicious mascarpone diabolique sauce. The main course? Juicy turkey burgers with guanciale, pepper mayonnaise and grilled Provencal vegetables. And to finish, ‘Pancakes Belle Hélène’ for dessert. So sit back, relax and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. No one has to slave away in the kitchen. All you have to do is enjoy the company and the food!

Veggie menu

Enjoy a complete vegetarian feast, full of flavour and fun. I start with vegetarian samosas, served with a delicious feta-burrata dip and a spicy hot-honey drizzle. Then a colourful starter: beetroot tartare with miso, soy yolk and horseradish cream. The main course is a creamy risotto with pumpkin, chilli, mascarpone, pecorino, wild mushrooms, lemon and sage. And as a sweet ending, a vegan brownie that will delight you. So, no meat needed for a feast full of fun and flavour!

Budget menu

Partying without breaking the bank? You can do it perfectly with my 'Budget Menu'! A delicious feast doesn't have to be expensive. Start with a crispy wreath of sausage rolls to share. As a starter, a simple but tasty onion soup with cheese toast. The main course is meatloaf with baked apples, cranberry compote, croquettes and mustard sauce. And finish with a tasty chocolate bavarois, finished with salted caramel peanuts. Enjoy a delicious meal without worrying about your budget. Festive and friendly to your wallet!
