Goat cheese balls:
1 red onion
6 dried apricots
4 Young onions
400 g fresh goat cheese
Pepper and salt from the mill
50 g of roasted almond flakes
80 g coarse chopped pecans
80 g pistachio nuts
1 tbsp honey
A few twigs of thyme

Look bread:
1 sourdough baguette
1 TL dried rosemary
80 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 ball of garlic
6 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper from the mill
Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Look bread: Cut the top of the garlic ball, sprinkle with a tablespoon of olive oil, pepper and salt. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 ° C. Allow to cool. Squeeze the garlic in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and crush well.

Spread this mixture on the slices of 4 to 4 cm cut into slices, sprinkle rosemary and grate the Parmesan cheese above it. Bake for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.

Goat cheese balls: Finely chop the red onion, apricots and young onions. Mix them in a bowl with the goat cheese, pepper and salt. Mix everything well.

Scoop out with a teaspoon of portions to make balls of approximately 3 cm diameter. Roll balls of it.

Sprinkle the roasted almond flakes, coarse chopped pecans, pistachio nuts on a plate. Roll the balls in this until they are completely covered.

Place on the garlic rolls and put a skewer with a piece of apricot and a sprig of thyme. Drop honey over the goat cheese balls.
