What do you need?
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 large sweet onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp turmeric
2 cm ginger
pepper and salt
1 tbsp red curry paste
1.5 kg sweet potatoes
260 g lentils (rinsed)
150 ml vegetable broth
350 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp grated lemongrass
70 g tomato paste
Finishing:
1 large bunch of basil
1 bunch of coriander
1 lime diced
2 tbsp chopped peanuts
