210g oats
100g fine almond flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
115 ml maple syrup
1 vanilla pod
120 ml milk
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
150g blueberries

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the dry ingredients, except for the sugar, in a bowl to break up any lumps.

Whisk the eggs, syrup, milk, olive oil, and vanilla in a bowl.

Fold in the dry ingredients until there are no lumps left.

Finally, mix in the berries and distribute into the cupcake molds.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 180°C.

Let cool on a rack.

Store in a closed container in the refrigerator.
