Burrata tzatziki:
1 ball of burrata
1 clove of garlic
0.5 bunch of dill
4 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper from the mill, fleur de sel
0.5 cucumber

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Spread 2 tbsp of mustard evenly around the edge of the puff pastry circle.

Wash, peel, and slice all the vegetables into pieces no thicker than half a centimeter and arrange them side by side on the bottom, with the tomatoes and peas last.

Roll up the sides so that the tart fits on the pizza base accessory of the air fryer.

Bake it for 25 minutes at 160°C.

Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki-burrata.

Take a bowl and cut the burrata into pieces.

Grate the cucumber over it, and add the finely chopped dill.

Grate the garlic into a bowl with the oil and mix, then spread this over the burrata.

Serve with a slice of vegetable tart… Delicious!
