2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
Juice of 2 limes
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
350 to 400 g black tiger shrimp
Noodles of your choice
250 g broccolini
1 packet of bean sprouts
1 bunch of coriander
500 g white asparagus
125 g green asparagus

2 tbsp Santa Maria teriyaki spice mix

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the shrimp but leave the tail on, it looks nicer.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, and 1 tbsp of teriyaki spice mix together.

Peel the white asparagus, cut off 1 cm from the bottom, and cut into bite-sized diagonal pieces.

For the green asparagus, just cut off half a cm from the bottom and cut them in half.

Cut the broccolini into bite-sized pieces.

Season the shrimp with 1 tbsp of teriyaki spice mix, quickly fry them on both sides in the oil, then remove them.

Add all the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry vigorously while shaking, just stirring vigorously is also fine.

Continue to mix well for about 5 minutes!

Add the shrimp and deglaze with the mixture, stir-fry for another minute.

Pour into a large dish, finish with the bean sprouts, spring onion, and coriander.

Crispy onions or peanuts can also be sprinkled on top.
