Wrap:
8 big eggs
Pepper and salt
150 g leaf spinach
½ bone basil

Filling:
250 g spinach
2 fresh goat cheese
Basil leaves
250 g tomatoes in slices
2 tbsp cashew nuts

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put everything for the wrap in a blender and mix finely.

Heat a frying pan with a lump of butter, pour ¼ of the dough into a twist to a nice round shape, let it bake on medium heat.

Once the wrap is also cooked at the top, you can fill half with spinach, basil, tomato, cubes of goat cheese and cashew nuts, and fold closed.

Mix the egg mixture well again and again.

Go in the same way for the 3 following wraps.
