100 g Manchego Cheese (Queso Manchego)
3 fresh white nectarines
5 apple capers
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
2 slices of toasted whole grain bread
Juice of half a lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Slice the Iberico ham and Manchego cheese into thin slices, and cut the white nectarines into quarters.

Artistically arrange the ham and cheese on a large tapas platter, adding the nectarines and capers.

Drizzle the olive oil over the ingredients and season with freshly ground pepper and salt.

Serve the tapas platter with toasted whole grain bread and half a lemon on the side. The presentation doesn't have to be perfect – it's all about the taste!
