2 tbsp olive oil
500 g canned chickpeas, flushed
1 to 2 tbsp harissa (to taste)
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tsp look powder
1 kl of smoked paprika powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch
Cucumber salad
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of parsley, finely cut
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sesame oil
Hummus dressing
250 g hummus
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp grain mustard
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp tahin
50 ml of water
