Dressing:
2 tbsp peanut butter
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 small chili
2 tbsp water

80 g thick rice noodles
3 carrots
0.5 bunch of radishes
4 spring onions
1 bunch of coriander

16 black Tiger scampi
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (spicy chili sauce)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut oil

Dressing:
2 tbsp peanut butter
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp water

0.5 bunch of radishes

1 bunch of coriander

1 tbsp sriracha sauce (spicy chili sauce)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as per the package instructions.

Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Finely chop the carrots and radishes.

Mix the scampi with honey and sriracha sauce, and briefly fry on both sides in the oil.

Spread the bowls with the dressing and place the noodles on top.

Distribute the scampi over it and finish with the crunchy vegetables, finely chopped spring onions, and coriander.
