Lasagna:
2 red bell peppers
125 g steamed green beans
1 zucchini sliced lengthwise
250 g mozzarella slices
150 g slices of ham
pepper, salt, olive oil
fresh thyme
2 handfuls of fresh spinach
250 g yellow cherry tomatoes

Basil vinaigrette:
1 bunch of basil
Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper and salt
1 tsp mustard
100 ml olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the bell peppers into quarters, remove the seeds and crown.

Drizzle a baking dish with olive oil and layer in 4 layers:

First spinach, zucchini, mozzarella, slice of ham, red bell pepper, green bean, slice of meat, yellow tomatoes, mozzarella.

Distribute tomatoes and thyme around, drizzle with olive oil.

Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 195° for 25 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and place back in the oven for about 5 minutes to color.

For the vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in a tall measuring cup with an immersion blender, season and serve with the lasagna.
