2 handfuls of walnuts, roughly chopped
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
75 ml maple syrup
100 g goji berries soaked in warm water, then drained and placed on kitchen paper
95 ml warm water with 1 sachet of dry yeast
pinch of sea salt
