550 g self-raising whole wheat flour (or add 15 g baking powder)
2 handfuls of walnuts, roughly chopped
4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
75 ml maple syrup
100 g goji berries soaked in warm water, then drained and placed on kitchen paper
95 ml warm water with 1 sachet of dry yeast
pinch of sea salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Put the flour, seeds, nuts, and salt in a bowl and mix. Add the goji berries, maple syrup, olive oil, and yeast-water and knead for 5 minutes. Dust the work surface with flour and divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape them into balls, and let them rest for 30 minutes. Bake for 18 minutes at 180°C. Let cool.
