8 slices toast bread, whole -grain sourdough is my preference
3 large eggs
Pinch
400 ml of milk
Vanilla pod
6 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Coconut oil to bake in
Powdered sugar to finish

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar and marrow of 1 vanilla pod, pour in a dish.

Pour the milk into a bowl.

Roll the slices of bread one by one first in the milk, let them soak well and then through the eggs.

Heat the pan with a knob of coconut oil.

Sprinkle each slice with coconut blossom sugar and place it in the pan with the sugar side down.

Let it bake, sprinkle the top with coconut blossom sugar, turn around and let them bake for a while.

Place them on a plate and sprinkle them with flower sugar.

Depending on the season you can serve them with fruit and some yogurt.

I think they are the tastiest with a nice cup of coffee with a nice cup of coffee.
