270 g chocolate ( recipe )
120 ml coconut blossom syrup biotona
220 g almond flour
80 g hazelnuts, finely chopped
300 g melted chocolate (min 70% cocoa)
pistachios, roughly chopped
2 tbsp goji berries
pinch of fleur de sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chocolate, almond flour, hazelnuts, and coconut blossom syrup together. Scoop into balls and let set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Dip in melted chocolate (not too hot) and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with pistachios, goji berries, and fleur de sel. Let set and store in the refrigerator.
