1 Roman lettuce, washed
500 G Chickenbill meat
Pepper
Celery salt
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp Parmesan flakes
2 thick slices of bread
Peanut

Dressing:
4 anchovy fillets
70 g fresh Parmesan cheese
1 Egg and 1dooier
100 g sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
200 ml of sunflower oil
1 toe look
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tbsp mustard
Allspiment d’ eSpelette

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 180 °

Cut the bread into squares and bake golden brown in oil, place the croutons on kitchen paper.

Put all the ingredients (at room temperature) for the dressing in a high measuring cup.

Put your hand blender on the bottom and gradually come up, mix into a smooth dressing.

Cut the chicken meat into thick strips and season with pepper and celery salt.

Allow butter to foam in a pan and bake until golden brown, bake them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Divide the lettuce and chicken on the plates, arrange the parmesan flakes and croutons.

Serve with the dressing.
