Preparation method

How do you make this?

Herb Breadsticks: Put all the ingredients for the herb oil (olive oil, chives, rosemary, garlic, sea salt, white pepper) in a blender and mix finely.

Brush the herb oil over the sliced open rolls.

Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes at 195°C until they are nicely browned and crispy.

Goat Cheese Snacks: Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the olive oil.

Add the coarsely chopped pecans and miso and let it cook until lightly caramelized. Let it cool.

Combine this mixture with the chipotle flakes in a bowl with the goat cheeses and mix everything well.

Shape the mixture into a flat ball resembling a camembert and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix the brown sugar and fine sugar and sprinkle this over the goat cheese.

Caramelize the sugar layer with a blowtorch until a crispy layer forms.

Sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the goat cheese and serve immediately with the cut-up herb breadsticks.
