300 g chestnut puree
2 white of leek
1 big onion
2 celery steal
Pepper and salt
1 vegetable broth block
1 Klont butter

Garniture:
½ bone chives finely cut
1 handful of roasted almond flakes
2 tbsp sour cream

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel onion and color in the butter.

Wash celery and leek, finely chop and add, let the stinging and now add 1.5l water, broth cube and chestnut puree in smaller pieces.

Season with salt and pepper and let it go for 20 minutes until everything is soft.

Mix everything very nice, you get the best results in a blender 😉

If she is too thick, add some broth.

Warm soup back on trial and add.

Serve in deep plates and finish with sour cream, chives and almond flakes.
