1 teaspoon of wasabi or horseradish puree

Preparation method

How do you make this?

It's best to prepare these amuses an hour before your guests arrive. They are quick to make, but need to rest in the fridge for a bit before serving.

Mix the cream cheese, herbs, shallot, radishes, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper and add a bit of kick with a pinch of wasabi (or horseradish puree).

Fill small glasses with this mixture and place them in the fridge. Delicious and refreshing.
