Fruit of your choice
Apples, pears, apricots ...
Pair of branches of fresh thyme
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 TL Cinnamon

Dorure:
1 yolk
Dash of milk

Garniture:
Half -whipped whipped cream with some puddle sugar
