What do you need?

Quantity: 1 banana bread

4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
55 g melted coconut oil
50 g maple syrup
Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
150 g almond flour
30 g coconut flour
40 g raw cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
30 g dark chocolate min 70% coarsely chopped
1 handful of chopped pecans

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mash 3 bananas into a puree with the seeds from your vanilla pod.

Add eggs, coconut oil, and syrup and mix well together.

Sift all the dry ingredients over it and mix again well with the chocolate and pecans.

Pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper.

Slice the last banana lengthwise and press it into the batter.

Bake for 60 min at 175°, optionally do the doneness test with a skewer.

Let cool a bit before you start slicing.
