50 ml Vodka
25 ml of coffee liqueur
10 ml simple syrup (sugar syrup)
30 ml freshly set espresso

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Start by adding the vodka in a shaker.

Then add the coffee liqueur.

Add the sugar syrup.

Pour the hot, fresh espresso into the shaker.

Add ice cubes to the shaker.

Shake powerfully until the shaker is well cooled.

Remove the ice and shake again without ice to create a frothy texture.

Sieve the cocktail in a cooled coupette glass. Santé!
