Put the soft butter in a bowl. Finely chop all the fresh herbs and add them. Finely chop the capers and anchovies and add them. Finely chop the shallot and garlic and add them. Add all the other ingredients and season with pepper and salt. Mix everything together, taste, and adjust seasoning if necessary.
The butter is ready to use. You can either keep it soft or divide the butter into 2 sheets of parchment paper, roll them up into sausages, and place them in the fridge or freezer. Once firm, you can cut beautiful round slices from it.
