1 TL DASTEL Syrup
1 TL pumpkin spice (spice mix)
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp pure peanut butter (for topping)
1 kl of coarse chopped peanuts
½ banana, in slices
1 tbsp melted pure chocolate (at least 79% cocoa)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation (night before): Put the oatmeal, milk, dates syrup, pumpkin spice and peanut butter in a sturdy glass or jar. Stir well so that everything is mixed evenly. Cover and let it stand in the fridge overnight.

Morning: Melt the dark chocolate au bain-marie or in the microwave. Remove the oatmeal from the fridge, place the banana slices on top of the oatmeal and pour the melted chocolate over it.

Finish: Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top. If desired, put the glass back in the fridge for 5 minutes to make the chocolate a little firmer for a "crack" effect when you dive into it.

Scoop through the layers and enjoy the wonderful combination of flavors and textures.
