Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place the chicken meat in a bowl and mix with pepper, salt, garlic powder, and 2 tbsp olive oil, so it is ready to grill on the BBQ later.

For the oil: slice the garlic and shallot into thin slices, put them in a saucepan, and add the oil. Heat and let simmer until they are nicely colored.

In the meantime, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and place a sieve on top.

Pour the hot oil with the onion and garlic into the bowl through the sieve, let it drain, and chop the crunchy garlic and onion coarsely. Add it, put everything in a jar with a lid, and it will keep for at least 3 months. Tastes great on everything, really.

Grill the meat nicely on both sides. Heat the wraps in the Dutch oven and prepare all the other toppings.

Slice the roasted meat and fill the tortillas to your liking, finishing with the crunchy oil.
