275 g sourdough dough
150 g mozzarella or fior di latte
30 g Parmesan cheese
80 g Taleggio cheese
50 g spicy gorgonzola

Black pepper
10 g olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

For the preparation of the sourdough dough, take a look here first!

Cut the Taleggio, Gorgonzola and mozzarella into small pieces. Open your pizza with a little semola. Divide the Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Mozzarella and half of the Parmesan cheese over the pizza.

Bake for 7 minutes at 250 ° C or 60 to 90 sec at 400 ° C. After baking, sprinkle the rest of the Parmigiano on the pizza and finish with black pepper.
