500 gr fresh Yellowfin tuna
5 small Shiso leaves
4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
3 tbsp finely chopped Chinese chives (or spring onion or chives)
1 tbsp Santa Maria wasabi & sesame spices
1 pickled daikon cut into sticks (see recipe)
4 rolls
Sesame oil
Wasabi mayonnaise (see recipe)
