500 gr fresh Yellowfin tuna
5 small Shiso leaves
4 tbsp tamari soy sauce
3 tbsp finely chopped Chinese chives (or spring onion or chives)
1 tbsp Santa Maria wasabi & sesame spices
1 pickled daikon cut into sticks (see recipe)
4 rolls
Sesame oil

Wasabi mayonnaise (see recipe)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the tuna into small cubes and place them in a bowl.

Season the tuna with the soy sauce and sesame oil.

Finely chop the shiso leaves and Chinese chives.

Add these to the tuna. Finish with wasabi and sesame spices.

Top the halved rolls with the tuna, place the pickled daikon on top, and drizzle some wasabi mayonnaise over it.
