0.5 cup sesame seeds
0.5 teaspoon Maldon salt

0.5 cup chia seeds
0.5 cup sunflower seeds
0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
0.5 cup sesame seeds
0.5 teaspoon Maldon salt
0.5 tablespoon dried rosemary
0.5 tablespoon dried thyme
0.5 tablespoon dried garlic
1 cup warm water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

I could hardly resist these savory crackers. The seeds promote good intestinal transit. The sunflower and pumpkin seeds contain magnesium, which helps relax your muscles and increases resistance to stress.

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and pour the warm water over them. Let it rest for 5 minutes so the chia seeds can swell.

Mix everything with your hands.

Place baking paper on the baking sheet and spread the mixture over the baking paper.

Place a sheet of baking paper on top of the mixture and roll out to a thickness of about 3 mm.

Remove the top sheet of baking paper and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.

Flip the seed cake over and bake further if it is not dry yet.

Break or cut into pieces (if you want nice, square pieces, cut when everything is still wet).

Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Store them in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
