12 lasagna sheets (fresh or dried)
2 large tomatoes sliced thin
2 yellow or green zucchinis
1 container of white mushrooms
2 balls of mozzarella sliced finely
150 g grated cheese
Pepper and salt
Nutmeg
Olive oil
500 ml tomato sauce with 7 vegetables, you can find the recipe here

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Slice the mushrooms and sauté them with olive oil, pepper, salt, and nutmeg in the Airfryer's baking accessory at 180°C for 8 min. Drain them into a bowl on kitchen paper.

Slice the zucchinis, drizzle with olive oil, and season with pepper and salt.

Grill them in a grill pan on both sides. Set aside.

Start with a layer of tomato sauce, then a lasagna sheet. Continue with the mushrooms, zucchini, and mozzarella. Repeat these steps and finish with a layer of tomato sauce and a few slices of mozzarella.

Finish with grated cheese.

Bake for 35 min at 150°C
