Heat your grill pan or a saucepan to bake your panini. If you use a pan, also provide a lid.
Mix the tomato cubes with the Gochujang. Finely chop the Pijpajuinen and Advocado into cubes.
Drain the mozarella and also cut into cubes.
Cut the zucchini into long bars. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and grill them.
Spread the sliced panini with the tomato sauce. Divide the Advocado cubes on it and crush them with a fork.
Sprinkle with the pipe paws and cubes of mozzarella. Place the upper part of the panini on it and grill.
