Quantity: 1 bottle

650 g red rhubarb
100 g cane sugar
500 ml water
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 sprigs of rosemary

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the rhubarb into short pieces, combine it with the rosemary, lemon juice, water, and 30 g of sugar in a pot.

Bring this to a boil.

Strain the rhubarb and collect the juice.

Add the remaining sugar to the juice and let it reduce.
