250 strawberries
250 g rhubarb
2 tbsp agave syrup
200 g coconut yogurt

3 tbsp roasted oats

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the rhubarb and strawberry into pieces with the agave syrup in a pan.

Let simmer for 5 minutes until you get a compote, let cool. No need to blend.

Fill the ice molds with the compote and the yogurt, press the oats in.

Let set for 1 night in the freezer. Store frozen in the freezer.
