1 daikon
1 tsp salt
4 cm ginger
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 large plastic zip bag

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the daikon and cut it into thick sticks of about 1 cm, place in the bag.

Peel the ginger, cut into thin slices and then into fine julienne.

Add everything together in the bag with the salt and vinegar, zip it closed and shake well so that everything is nicely mixed.

Let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator, take it out, and it is ready to eat.
