Beat the butter, salt, baking powder, vanilla pulp, and agave together.
Peel the kiwis and cut them into thin slices, set aside about 6 slices for the top and cut the rest into strips and then cubes.
Add 1 egg, then the chia seeds and mix this.
Add the second egg along with the oats and mix again.
Add the last egg along with the almond flour.
Mix everything well.
Finally, add the chopped kiwi.
Line your cake tin with baking paper and pour the mixture in, placing 6 slices of kiwi on top.
Bake for 1h20 at 160°C in the oven.
Let cool before cutting into thick slices. 😉
