24 large, uncooked and unpeeled shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
A handful of fresh sage leaves
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp fleur de sel
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Rinse the large shrimp under running water.

Place a fireproof dish on the barbecue and heat the olive oil in it.

Add the sage leaves and fry them until they are a bit crispy.

Then add the whole, unpeeled cloves of garlic and mix everything well together.

Let the shrimp fry briefly on both sides in the mixture.

Remove them from the oil, along with the garlic and sage. Season before serving with fleur de sel and a few drops of lemon juice.
