Shake:
1 large glass of ice cubes
70 g oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
360 ml oat or almond milk
2 tsp cocoa powder biotona
Caramel sauce:
10 medjool dates soaked
splash of water
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
pinch of vanilla
1 tbsp honey
Topping:
cacao nibs biotona
chopped peanuts
