Shake:
1 large glass of ice cubes
70 g oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
360 ml oat or almond milk
2 tsp cocoa powder biotona

Caramel sauce:
10 medjool dates soaked
splash of water
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
pinch of vanilla
1 tbsp honey

Topping:
cacao nibs biotona
chopped peanuts

Shake:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the ingredients for the caramel sauce in the blender and keep separately in a small bowl. Then mix all the ingredients for the Shake in Blender. Push the edge of the glass into the mixture of cocoonibs and peanuts. Brush the inside of the glass with caramel. Fill up to the edge with the shake.
