1 kg of tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves of look
2 large yellow onions
1 dried chili pepper
680 g tomato pulp or passata
1TL salt

500 g penne or pasta of your choice
200 g Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the garlic and onion and color for 10 minutes with the bruised chili pepper. Remove the crown from the tomatoes and cut the tomatoes into small pieces, add together with pulp and season with salt. Simmer for 15 minutes under the lid with snuff of salt.

Cook the pasta as stated on packaging, serve with the Arrabiata sauce and ground cheese. You can freeze the eggs of the sauce or store it in the fridge for 1 week.
