1 clove of garlic
1 red chili pepper
2 lime zests of 1 to 4 cm
1 tbsp olive oil
120 g capellini
2 thin slices of raw ham (Ganda, Parma…)
40 g Parmesan cheese (or more)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

After a long night of dancing, my body just needs something hearty and really spicy to recover. My hangover pasta is becoming legendary! Not too much work and delicious; a salad just wouldn't be enough, you know!

Finely chop the garlic and the chili pepper.

Sauté the lime, garlic, and chili pepper on a very low heat in a tablespoon of olive oil.

Cook the pasta al dente.

Toss the mixture through the hot pasta and add the ham and cheese last.
