1 sturdy white toast bread

Chicken curry salad
800 g of chicken thighs without bone
pepper and salt
thyme
Bayer
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
50 ml broth
2 tablespoons of fresh mayonnaise
1 red onion, finely chopped
½ bunch of parsley
slices of sweet and sour pickle

Egg salad
8 hard -boiled free -range eggs
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of mustard
½ bunch of chives, finely chopped
pepper and salt
100 g lettuce lettuce, washed and roughly cut

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place the meat just under water in a saucepan with the herbs and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Finely chop the meat and mix with all the ingredients for the curry salad. Trial.

Crush the eggs and mix with all the ingredients for the egg salad.

Cut the crusts of the toasts and spread generously with the salads. Finish the chicken curry salad with a slice of pickle.
