125 g gluten-free oats
2 eggs
500 ml cashew milk (or milk of choice)
1 vanilla pod
1 pinch of salt
50 g agave or maple syrup
Coconut oil for frying

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until everything has a fine texture, and you can start frying -:) I told you, so easy!

Heat your frying pan well and grease it with some coconut oil. Pour some batter into the pan and swirl it around. Let it cook well first, otherwise, you won't be able to flip them easily. Flip them over and let them cook a bit longer.

Cook the batter in the same way until completely done? Serve with maple syrup or your favorite toppings. I also love to pack them in Grace's lunchbox and she loves it!
