20 soft brioche sandwiches
20 large freshwater shrimps, peeled
300 g arugula and/or mustard leaf
1 pot of fresh mayonnaise
2 kg ribeye at room temperature

Goat cheese-koriander butter
150 g soft butter
100 g goat cheese
2 tbsp finely cut coriander
Zeste and Sap of 1 Lime
1 tsp chili powder
Sniff salt and pepper from the mill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the ingredients for the butter firmly together and keep aside.

Remove the armor from the shrimp, season them with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. If necessary, place them between a grill grid and grill them briefly on both sides.

Brush the meat with some olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill for three minutes on each side, let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat some Gamba butter in a pan, arrange the grilled shrimp on it.

Cut the grilled meat into thin strips. Place the cut sandwiches on the grill. Spread the bottom with mayonnaise. Place the lettuce, meat and shrimp on it.

Put the lid on it, through a skewer, and serve.
