Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the chorizo into strips, and the chicken thigh meat into pieces.

Put everything in the baking tray of your air fryer, add a teaspoon of olive oil, season well with pepper and salt, stir everything together, let it brown for 15 min at 180°C, indicated by 2 grinders, stir once.

Then add all the other ingredients, stir well again and spread everything evenly. All ingredients should be just submerged in liquid. Now set to 180°C, 1 grinder, because we are going to slow cook more, and let it cook for another 30 min, stirring once in the middle of the cooking time.

Meanwhile, finely chop the chives, cut the remaining chorizo into strips, and crumble the feta. Serve in bowls and finish with feta, chives, and chorizo, and call everyone to the table!
