Aperol is a super popular aperitif to sound with! For Christmas I made an extra festive version with cranberries and rosemary.

8 ml Aperol
15 ml of cava
10 ml Tonic
1 bunch of red berries
1 Disc orange
1 branch rosemary

Ice blocks
Corrberry juice and water
Red berries, cranberries and rosemary branches as decoration

Preparation method

How do you make this?

The day before you will fill your ice block shapes, half of them with cranberry juice and the other half with water. In the water you can see the decoration nicely so there go cranberries or red berries with sprigs of rosemary, let them set in the freezer.

In a large bulb glass you pour the aperol, tonic and cava.

You put in 2 cranberry juice ice blocks per glass and also a few ice blocks with berry and rosemary.

Another slice of orange, a branch of rosemary and a straw there, let's get that party started!
