What do you need?
1 package of dim sum wrappers
Filling:
225 g raw freshwater shrimp
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
0.5 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped bamboo shoots
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp sugar
Extra steamed vegetables:
2 packs of bimi, washed and chopped smaller.
