Preparation method

How do you make this?

Salmon cubes:

Cut the salmon into cubes.

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil and pour over the salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Top with finely chopped spring onions and insert skewers.

Store in the refrigerator.

Parmesan chips:

Place heaps of grated parmesan on a non-stick mat.

Bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 180 °C, take them out when they have a nice color.

Let cool and carefully remove them from the non-stick mat.

Hot nuts:

Sauté the olive oil together with sambal oelek and honey in a pan.

Add the nuts, mix together and let roast on low heat for about ten minutes.

Stir regularly, let cool, and serve in a glass jar.

Waffle croque:

Mash the flesh of the avocado and spread it on 4 slices of whole grain toast.

Top with chorizo and mozzarella. Cover with the remaining slices of bread.

Bake them for another 3 minutes in a waffle iron.
