What do you need?

200 g flat rice noodles
2 tbsp peanut oil
300 g ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame paste
1 to 2 tbsp hot cooking water from noodles

Chili garlic sauce:
5 cm grated ginger
4 cloves grated garlic
3 chili peppers finely chopped
100 ml canola oil

2 spring onions finely chopped
2 tbsp roasted unsalted peanuts

1 to 2 tbsp hot cooking water from noodles

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles as stated on the package.

Sauté the onion in oil, add the meat and cook it together.

Once nicely colored, add soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, sesame paste, and noodles, possibly with some cooking water.

Stir everything well together.

Put all the ingredients for the chili garlic sauce in a bowl, heat the oil well and pour it over the ingredients, be careful it will foam!

Add, finish off with chopped peanuts and spring onion.
