1 bunch of chervil
2 onions
2 large leeks
1 waxy potato
4 knack sausages
1 tbsp butter
Thyme & bay leaf
1 l chicken broth

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop the onion and leek finely and sauté in butter.

Deglaze with broth and add the peeled potato in pieces, tie thyme and bay leaf together and add. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

You can simply slice the sausages or make them a bit more fun: cut the sausages into 3 pieces, make a slit from top to bottom and then cut in the other direction.

Place them in boiling water for 1 minute so they curl nicely.

Remove the thyme and bay leaf from the soup, add the chervil and blend finely.

Serve the soup with the sausages in it.
