4 cod fillets (about 180g each)
250g peeled North Sea shrimp
Pepper and salt to taste
1 thick knob of butter
White wine sauce

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Season the cod fillets with pepper and salt.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the cod for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the fillets in a baking dish, bake for another 3 minutes in the oven.

Heat the white wine sauce, pour around the fish, and sprinkle with shrimp. Serve immediately.
