400 g self-raising flour
100 g almond flour
280 ml honey
2 vanilla pods
A pinch of salt
4 eggs
200 g butter
160 ml milk (to taste)
3 large Jonagold apples
powdered sugar
1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat margarine, honey, vanilla, almond flour, and 1 egg together.

Add the flour, milk, the remaining eggs, and a pinch of salt.

Mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.

Grease a baking pan (22 cm diameter) and dust with flour.

Pour the batter in, finish off with slices of unpeeled apple and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Bake for 90’ at 160°, do the test with a skewer (if it comes out dry, the cake is done).

Let cool on a rack.
