Place the slices of Ganda ham on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake them crispy in an oven at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes, and let them rest on kitchen paper.
Wash the radishes, cut off the stems, and cut them into quarters.
Slice the cucumber into pieces and then into fine strips, and distribute them at the bottom of the glasses, drizzle with some olive oil, and season with pepper and salt.
Mix the cottage cheese with freshly ground pepper, a pinch of salt, and half of the finely chopped spring onion. Use a spoon to distribute a first layer in the glasses.
Top each glass with a layer of crispy ham.
Cut the watermelon into cubes, remove the seeds, and distribute them in the glasses along with the radishes, drizzle again with some olive oil and the rest of the spring onion.
Finish off with a radish, watermelon, and crispy ham.
Serve immediately; otherwise, the ham will become moist and soft.
You can prepare everything in advance, but dress it à la minute.
