Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the meat before you bake it, 2 hours from the fridge.

Mix everything for the butter.

Cut the sandwiches and toast them, spread all the inner sides of the 4 sandwiches with garlic butter.

Cut the onion into strips, put 2 tbsp olive oil in the pan and let the onion caramelize nicely brown. Stir regularly.

Place a grill pan on the heat, season the seals with salt and pepper and spread with a fine layer of olive oil, fry them on each side for 2 minutes. Let it handle this well. Place on a plate and let it rest for 2 minutes. Now cut the meat into as fine strips as possible. You cut large pieces of fat off.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees.

Insert the sandwiches with the covered side up in the oven for 2 minutes, remove them.

Cover generously the 4 undersides of the sandwiches with the caramelized onion, pric strips and the grated ProVolone. Put them back in the oven and bake in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Place the top on it and serve immediately.
